Unsatisfactory Services

Good day, the below emails was sent to home choice and I requested a manager to contact me, because I'm unhappy with how things was done; I'm still waiting for a manager to phone me and now home choice is phoning me for payment; I told the consultants I spoke to that the parcel is still in it's original packaging and I'm not happy with what I've got and I need a senior manager to contact me; I wont pay until my query has been resolved or u can come and collect your order
