Unsatisfactory service

I live in Grahamstown and my husband lives in cape Town. He placed an order at Homechoice on the 4th/5th April for the blankets winter special. He was buying the blankets for me and our kids and we told the person who called us that the blankets should be delievered in Grahamstown and we gave them the new address. what they did is that they delievered the blankets in Cape Town, and the worst part is that they left them next door with the neighbours. my husband called them to complain and they admitted that they have the new address (Grahamstown) in their system but for some very unknown reason they had to deliever in Cape Town. i am very upset, Grahamstown is very cold at the moment, and they dont want to take the responsibility to go take those blankets which they left at the neighbour's house
