Unreturned Maximo Stand Mixer2036

I purchased a Maximo Stand Mixer from Homechoice. While using it, it just tipped over and fell off the kitchen counter. It didn't work since. I took it to the PE Homechoice depot on 29 October 2021. I asked them to see if it can be repaired or replaced and that I'm willing to pay if there is a charge involved. That's 7 months ago. I received No feedback or communication from Homechoice. I call them regularly and get told the same story that it was returned from repairs and will be sent to me. It's fully paid up when I settled my account.
