Unresponsive and negligent. A very bad service

The company is *********** when handling legal matters. The legal department is impossible to get a hold of and their given number has no response. All relevant emails to them are not responded to. I habe paid up my account with them but they refuse to clear and update with the credit bureaus. I am now sitting with a negative listing on my name under their account and they don't want to clear that. I don't owe them anything.
