UNRESOLVED ISSUE ON MY CASH ORDER
<p>I made cash order on 04 July which I paid same day which I received sms confirming payment received. Today I received sms reminding me to pay amount which I dont understand where it came from. I called 4 times but no one seems to explain the outstanding amount and my calls are being dropped on me whilst still waiting for conclusion. There is also a discount voucher which I used but the consultants says they cannot see on their side. My account number is ********** 43. Noone is even calling me back with clarity and I'm afraid my order is gonna be delayed for unresolved issue. They always call me 5 times in a days when they want me to make an order but now I have made it and even dissapointing, i have paid cash but noone is calling me to rectify this mess</p>
