On the 28/11/2020,i bought Mapuna Luggage set at home Choice in Mitchell's Plain branch.., costing R3999 I was told to collect on Monday they don't have the set in the store it will be ordered at Blackheath. On Monday the 30/11/2020i went to collect the luggage it hasn't arrive Blackheath doesn't have they check it in Johannesburg branch. I informed the sales person on the day of payment that I'm traveling on Monday I desperately need the the luggage set she emphasized that I will get Monday. Monday I asked repayment I was tod to get my repayment after 3days. I am so disappointed with homechoice.
