Unreliable

I placed an order with home choice and they informed me that Dpd laser picked it up on the 25th, they then notified me that the order would be delivered on the 28th of September, it’s the 29th today and the driver logs that the parcel could not be delivered because I wasn’t home, which is a total lie, I have been home all day and received three deliveries from different courier service providers… I called them for to be given some stupid excuse and told that they can only schedule delivery for Monday. Because of this I will not be ordering from home choice anymore. If clients really matter to your business you would not be affiliated with such a horrible courier service provider.
