Unreliable

I've placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven't received it after they've advised me the order has already been dispatched. I've received my statement but not my order yet how does that even make sense? I've called to the call centre waiting on an agent to answer 30min items later the calls drops I've sent numerous emails and no reply! I am so annoyed and simply want answers but no one at homechoice seems to care!
