Unprofessional,*********, collection agents

I have a loan with home choice the call center collections agents are unprofessional they do not allow the clients to make arrangements on their account and they are not courteous ,they even remind you that at the time you opened the account is it was nice now you telling them you cant afford and i find if so unprofessional and in times we do find ourselves in situations and making an arrangement is allowed instead of running away,i dont know what to do and ill be receiving endless calls as there is no arrangement made on the account
