Unprofessional service
Home choice gives out **** service.. They too quick to update the credit bureau when you not paying but when you pay they don't. I paid off my account February and the Homechoice account status on my report says written off. But they updated the account details on their website that my balance is R0 and the account is closed. But the account is not closed with the credit bureau. I want my status change with the credit bureau ASAP. You call your legal department they answering and chatting to each other then hangup. I called more than 10x. No response they answering to hung up
