Unprofessional

Last week Homechoices courier partner Allbay called me to deliver my order but alas,there was no parcel in their delivery truck.the drivers told me they head back to the warehouse and my order will be delivered in a day or 2.Yesterday my order was returned to Homechoice.When i called homechoice to enquire about the situation,the agent helping me wasnt aware of what was going on.She told me to wait so as to ask her Supervisor to reschudule delivery pf my order.15mins later im still on hold and the cuts off but noone from homechoice calls me back.Im sure month end my account will be debited yet i havent received anything from them.
