UNPROFESSIONAL CALL CENTER AGENTS!!!!!!
Worst call center agents EVER!!!!! They don't know how to talk to customers, They are rude (I'm saying "they" cos I've experienced the rudeness 3 times with 3 different agents). I wrote an email complaining about how 1 coloured lady was just completely rude to me and I got a response saying that they'll look into it but I'm very sure that nothing was done about it. I don't want anything to do with Homechoice. I wonder if they train their agents first or if they just pick them up from the street and put them straight to work.
