UNHELPFUL!!

Placed an order for the first time on Homechoice. They get the delivery address wrong after 7 days. They are not even aware which courier company was handling the parcel. Spoke to customer care asking when it will be delivered to the correct address and was told it will take ANOTHER 7 days! If I made the mistake, fine! But in my company when we ourselves are at fault we sort out our customers with the best possible solution, Homechoice just throws up their hands in the air!! So dissapointed! As soon as the item is paid off you will never hear from me again!!!
