Unhappy grand mother

My mom bought a microwave from home choice which was never delivered to her but the strange thing she received an sms saying that a certain Khosa person received the parcels from Mpumalanga province. I then contacted home choice with the matter and the lady I spoke to said she will send the email with all details needed to make a complain 3 months later still nothing I then went to the store in Johannesburg and they also did not help.
