Unhappy customer!

I was told I will get feedback within 24hrs and that was on Monday. On the 26th of Jan they said apparently their floor is trying to locate the TV and if they can't locate it they will give us a new TV. Since on Wednesday the 26th,we never got any feedback after I rep**** to their email that they can send us a new TV. I mean this is long overdue now. Since November the 13th with no TV.
