Unhappy customer

I made an order around June and I paid off the account. I made a new purchase then I am now being told that I have to pay r289 whereas the installment of what I recently ordered is R168.. I am gladly going to return it because I haven't even opened it I was waiting for this time to see whether really you **** people like this
