Unhappy and false promises

Goodmorning my name is Thandiwe,I’ve purchased a combo from Homechoice on the 18 of May 2020 which has been debited full into my account. An amount of R2757.65 was taken and I was promised that my order will be delivered within 14days counting from the 25th of May 2020. What I ordered was a 3ply blanket it comes with a gas heater and a free hot water bottle and delivery was changed. Now the issue is that I stayed for the whole month of June without receiving my order then last week Tuesday it got delivered to my house,the only thing that was delivered is the gas heater no blanket or water bottle. I have been calling emailing but still they lie and say they will send me an affidavit via email and make follow up but still there’s nothing. I’m so disappointed in them especially that I paid full amount and I begged for my order to be delivered in the showroom but they had many stories to tell. This is going to go further I’m not only going to expose them here, they don’t know how to keep their promises and their fooling people just to make sales for s****t.
