UNHAPPY ABOUT LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!

Hi,

I received sms's on my phone on the 18th of July to say I am updating my details and that I have been approved for credit and have placed on order with homechoice even though I had not done that. The last time I had bought something from homechoice was back in 2015. I logged a dispute on the 21 of July , sent all the necessary documents and I am still waiting for any response from you guys. I need to know what is going on!!!
