Unfear treatment from home choice

I have opened an account at home choice and ordered blankets but I never received them what happened is the delivery company didn't bring them to me rather the guy stole them and resigned now home choice is forcing me to pay for a product I never received even taken me to lawyers when the have evidence that the blankets where not received by me nou the correct address where I stay
