UNFAIR TREATMENT AND POOR SERVICE/ LACK OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS

I have been a consistent client of the business since 2014. When I first opened my HomeChoice account, I was really certain that the service would be above and beyond, therefore it's pretty obvious that it's disastrously bad, pathetic, and insufficient. I don't have any debt or amount due under my name, and because of previous purchasing experiences, I made sure to pay my account on time and in excess of the required amount stated on the statement. However, it seems that today, even though I have R0,00 amount due, the store has given me no purchasing power, as if I owe them .

I've asked the business numerous times for help and an increase in my credit limit, but nothing has been done. The worst thing is that the credit allocated now is R1,798 instead of R5,400 like it was when I first opened this account in 2014. To my surprise, before my most recent purchase at the store, an amount of R21,000 (estimation) was allocated to my name; however, they suddenly decided to drop it to the lowest amount of R1,798; hence, they always call me to place an order/buy. Instead, the store manager/supervisor, Ryan Phillip, stated that my issue is under credit bureau, which is why there won't be any increase - something I don't know.

Hi, Peter Would you please step in and help me? The service provider hasn't even told my legal team or advisors about the unresolved/pending case; instead, they continue to mislead even their sales representative when they try to help me with the problem. Ryan falsely claimed to the sales representative that the issue is with the credit bureaus stemmed from unpaid accounts I had with other service providers. As per record, I don't have any court orders or judgments against me, and you can confirm that my credit record is spotless by checking with the credit bureaus at TransUnion and Experian. All of my accounts with the retailers I own—Woolworths, Mr. Price, Foschini, and Telkom—are fully paid.

What the hell is HomeChoice talking about, unless they don't want me as a customer? Based on the treatment I receive—which is ******—I am treated unfairly because of my African ethnicity. Please, please, please help me figure out how to get them to increase my credit so I may buy; if they refuse, they can close their account. I mean there are many more stores to shop out there that are willing to have a customer like me.
