Unfair treatment

I have canceled my order to home choice, but they deducted payment on my account and I didn't receive anything from them . The deduction was done on November 2023 up until today I didn't get my refund from Home choice . I have made follow up with them but no results. They keep on saying 'we will come back to you'.
