Unfair Hand over
In October 2016 I made arrangements that I'll pay on the 9th since I was in arrears because I was in and out of hospital and they agreed. Suprisingly I got a call on that date from their lawyers but when I told them of my arrangement with Homechoice they didn't want to hear. So I will only pay if I pay to Homechoice and not the lawyers and as for the lawyers' fees that is not my problem
