Unfair claim refusal
I am currently paying for a phone which I don't have. I had insurance on the phone and went under debt review,however the insurance forms part of my monthly installment and therefore I was under the impression that I am still insured even though I am under debt review. To my surprise I am paying for the insurance even though I am not covered.
