Unfair business practice

Someone at Homechoice Maponya mall **********ly recorded that I collected my parcel, and I haven’t. I lodged a query for them to investigate and to this date they didn’t come back to me concerning the investigation and they don’t answer their phones. Due to the bad credit listing from Homechoice on my credit profile I can’t secure credit that I need to buy a house, I am rejected everywhere I go. As results I paid off the debt hoping it will be clear, more than 30 days after the payment Homechoice is still a thorn in my life. It shows that I don’t owe them anything but it still appears as bad debt on my profile. Please help me get to the bottom of these mess
