Unfair blacklisting by Homechoice

I am blacklisted at credit bureau by Homechoice, the reason,they claim I took blankets by account and the truth is that l have never took this items from their store. They called me and find out as to I have taken blankets from them and I rep**** with an emphatic NO answer. Subsequently, their lawyer called me about this and I also rep**** NO .She then asked me to send hand written signatures,ten in all. I comp**** with this request. They told me they are investigating the matter. It's about a year now since they claim to be investigating the matter but there is still no word about their investigations. Meanwhile I can't buy anything by credit because of this blacklisting. Please help me
