UnExplained Account

I've settled an amount i apparently owe home choice and i'm still yet to be cleared. I found out through trying to get a house, the agents i was using then pointed out that my account with home choice is still not settled.<br> <br> When i called home choice's head office they transfered me to an accounts personel who then said my account is with snyman & partners (law company) who i've been struggling to get hold of, i fail to understand why this happened when i have paid what's due to them and I have proof of payment.<br> <br> It's really frustrating me as i'm looking to buy a house and now i can't because of this unexplainable account and i've been given different phone numbers to call their lawyers which is Snyman & Partners, all of them are unreacheable!<br> <br> Please help!<br> <br>
