I placed an order with homechoice last month, sent my documents via email but no one responded so i phoned to do a follow up and i was advised that my order is being processed and i will be notified if i need to re-send documents.
On 15-02-2018, I got a call at 07H53 from ********** and they asked if they should deliver my mattress, I told them i will get back to them i need to phone the person that i left the keys with since i am at work during the day. They asked for the persons number saying they will contact her so i gave it to them and i still phoned her when i got to work to tell her that homechoice will contact her and she said no one has contacted her and she will only be available around 15H00 so I phoned homechoice to notify them but they said the mattress had already been loaded and the driver has gone to deliver but when i got home there was no delivery and no one phoned her still.
I then assumed that they got there early and returned with the mattress. So i got to work the following day and phoned homechoice to do a follow up, the first consultant sounded like she did not know what she was doing because she said it will take 7-14 days for the order to be delivered. So i phoned again and pressed 2 for accounts department. I think I spoke to Mpho if i'm not mistaken and she helped me I was happy, she checked on the system and told me my order is still with the courier company.
As per cal reference 2 ********** 3 on 19-02-2018, i have been told that Cynthia signed on 16-02-2018 but I am not aware who she is and I am still waiting for delivery. I hope this matter will be resolved ASAP.
I await on the case number as the consultant said there is going to be an investigation of which i think its a good option because this Cynthia who signed clearly kept the mattress which is what I call theft as i am not aware that the mattress has been delivered.
I would open a case with the police but the consultant refused to email me a signed delivery note as proof therefore no case can be opened on my side. I await further information regarding this matter and request a response within the next 24 hours.
and again As per call reference 2072 734 36 on 19-02-2018, I must now go to the police station, get an affidavit and email it to ********** and they are still refusing to send me a signed delivery note by this Cynthia Gumede. Why is homechoice not solving this problem as i had provided Nonkonzos number so you can call her but no one did. why was I not given a call as the account holder before letting someone else sign because then none of this would have happened. Now i must go to the police station and use my DATA to email when i have been phoning and the consultants are busy telling me different stories?
To make this easy, send back your driver go pick up the mattress where he dropped it and cancel this whole thing before i sue homechoice because you guys are inconveniencing me
