This is my third complaint and hopefully the final one since I will be sending a formal letter of demand in terms of s29 in the Small Claims Court later today to your registered postal address in Johannesburg. Paid for a Cora Crown Set by EFT in January or February already. Never received my order. Claims that they never received payment although 2 letters of proof thereof was emailed to them by me. My money was ****** from this company and still struggling to get a refund since customers get ignored. The Court with jurisdiction over your area will be the court involved in further summons being issued. I hope more customers can take further action for this company's ********* behavior. No legal representatives are allowed in the Small Claims Court.
