I received an sms saying that my parcel was on the way when i did not place an order i then called and asked the consultant how this happened she said they used an app by sending an sms to place an order i said which number did they use because that would confirm that , that was not my number that they used she then said they cant see the number they can only see that the oerder was placed using the app .

This is not the first time this has happened on my account you would think home chome will learn from these things

i want that order cancelled this is Very bad service from home choice
