Undelivered parcel

The haven't delivered our bedding set, for 19 days, ive paid cash for it and ive call them so many time was told to wait 14days after they said parcel is with Durban courier they will be told to deliver it asap but didnt delivery Please homechoice we will like our money back if you dont want with your bedding, which ive already paid for and transport fee, Capetown is 2days away from Durban not 19days, ive bought somethings from overseas but ive received them within 7days
