Undelivered goods

I very angry. I oderd two blankets and you send an sms saying it in dispatch a Month later i call and you tell me one of the blankets I ordered is not available then I said cancel it and order another blanked then you did. I asked which blanket will I receive first you said the one I ordered first, fine I waited you delivered the second blanked. You didn't deliver the first blanked and you add it on the statement meaning I must pay for something I don't have. It's been two months. I tried emails and calling but I didn't get help. Your service is poor
