Uncomfortable matress
I bought base and matress (Rest assured York) which I regret. The company has that policy which states that whenever you want to return, the item should still newly packaged. Now my complain is about the matress, it's very hard as a stone, and I cannot return it because it's out of a plastic. How do you know the confortability/condition of an item without opening it.Im now stuck with 9000 debt and unused bed.

I received a call from someone who wanted to pick up the bed that I've complained about. I want to know if that's legit and what's the procedure since no consultant contacted me.
