Unauthorized Debit Orders

Based on the reviews I have been reading, it appears to be a Homechoice pattern to simply start processing debit orders without doing the necessary validation checks. An unauthorized debit order was processed on my account, and I am now inconvenienced by means of having to submit them an affidavit in order to prove I am who I say I am. Yet when someone is buying from them, due diligence is not particularly high on their agenda.
