Unauthorized debit order

Not only did homechoice create an unauthorized account with my personal details and boutght items with it, they have went to debit my account unauthorized.

they told me that my case is under investigation yet they collect money in my account, Homechoice needs to up their game when it comes to customer data

I have no confidence in this company at all
