Unauthorized Debit

in 2014 I app**** for an account with Home choice and purchased a few items and contacted home choice to make direct debit payments but was told at the time that home choice does not do direct debt payments and I need to make payments through Shoprite or pick n pay, I made the necessary payments each month but unfortunately became unemployed, I went into arrears but made an arrangement for R400 a month as I was going through some financial difficulties also it was an inconvenience having to go into a store to make payments as my other debits usually go off via direct debit. From November 2015 Home choice started debiting my account and I queried this with home choice as I never agreed to any debits to come off my account, as I was originally told I cannot. Even though I contacted them and still made no direct debit arrangements, they continued to debit me from November 2015 to April 2016. I had managed to reverse the charges each month but it still has not stopped. I don’t understand how home choice can debit me each month without my authorization and each payment is completely different, please see below: 04 November 2015 - R1757.64 01 December 2016 - R2140.75 07 January 2016 - R2133.88 01 February 2016 - R2152 01 March 2016 - R2364.62 30 April 2016 - R2795.85 Which totals to an amount of R13344.74. I wish to have this stopped immediately as this is ***** and at the same time s**** all my debt with homechoice as this has impacted my health and made my life very inconvenient trying to get money together to pay for an account, which is my responsibility, but *****ing money from me when I have school fees and mouths to feed is wrong!!!!!
