Unauthorized credit enquiries

I am so frustrated. These people keep calling and I express how uninterested I am but they still go and make unauthorized credit enquiries which I get to view on Experian. I then made several calls to the agents to enquire and ask why it's being done they all ended the calls immediately when I spoke about unauthorized credit checks . That tells me this is what they do .. it's horrible they're messing with people's credit scores
