Unauthorised debits

I am back now with the same complaint that Homechoice keeps debeting installment for something that we did not order and worse part it was not even delivered to us, meaning we are something for someone in another province. They started with their debits in 2018 and in 2019 they used to debit almost 3500 and today my mom just got paid and they have debited 5000 from her account, which she must reverse it and everytime when she reverse her money then she is being charged with reversal fee. We have logged a complaint and they told us they will attend to it and they also requested affidavits and bank statements proving that it was them and they responded to have the matter resolved within 30 days to 90 days and now that time its overdue but they still debiting installments that we do not know of. Anyone who is thinking of purchasing beddings, pots anything that Homechoice sells, please do not buy from Homechoice rather buy cash from Pre Les
