UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS EVERY MONTH!!!

<p>Home choice has been debiting UNAUTHORISED amounts from my account on the 7th day of every month. Firstly I do not have a home choice account and I have never had one, secondly the amounts keep changing every month as well as the reference number. FNB has confirmed that it is in fact Homechoice that is making the debit orders. This is not fair as it reflects badly on my credit record when I have to reverse every month and it has also costs me money as the bank charges to do such reversals. Please rectify this immediately. This is not the first time I have complained about this but I hope that this time I will be helped. This months reference number was HOMECHOICERID ********** ********** 07 for an amount of R1686.32. The reference number as well as amount debited changes every month. I have called, emailed and done everything to stop this!! Please fix this immedietly.</p>
