Unauthorised debit orders
I have had two unauthorised debit orders come off my FNB account in March and April.
Here are the details of the amounts:
25 March R471.01
24 April R464.80
I have never had an account at Homechoice or have made any online purchases. I have been in contact with FNB to stop the debit orders on my account and they asked me to contact you to try and resolve this.
Please advise on a way forward or I would be forced to report a case of *****.
