Unauthorised debit orders

I recently discovered that Homechoice has been deducting money from my bank even though I have never had an account or purchased anything from them. I contacted them to get refunded as this must be an error but they simply sent me a ***** form to complete and then never rep**** to it. When calling the ***** line nobody answers either. FNB has instructed me to open a case of ***** against them but I'm hoping to resolve the matter before taking that step.
