Unauthorised credit enquiries by Homechoice

During the past year I have worked really hard to obtain a very good credit score in order to qualify for car finance so I could buy my first car. I'm a single mum of 49..... Everything was on spot but still I didn't qualify for motor finance. I couldn't understand...until today. Homechoice made "4" credit inquiries WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDE OR PERMISSION!!!! All my hard work and carefull planning, for nothing! Now I have to wait again for how long to come to a point where I will have a clear credit enquiry record!!!!
