Unathourised delivery

I am very shock at what I experienced today. After a long day at work I really didn't expect such a surprise @!!! Actually I am not pleased at all. My neighbour knocks at my door at 7pm today telling me I have a delivery from home choice wff I do not even have an account with you guys. Who gives you the right to deliver stuff without my authorisation? ??And also the way you guys do business is not professional at all , allowing my neighbour to sign for a package I did not order. !!!your courier service should know better about the no third party delivery rule or this was a way of getting me into an account I have not requested non authorised. I have never seen this *** number n have no idea who it belongs too but the package sent is addressed to me under a number I dont know. If I want an account with you guys I will come to u stop sending me unauthorised goods please. I did not open or touch your package idiotic fools mxm you honesty disguist me. You will find the package at my neighbour house where it was delivered n singed. If this get me into any accounts, error's or my account get billed because of this I will sue you. I have escalated this further with the CPA.
