Unacceptable service!!

I ordered 2 items from Homechoice a microwave @R5,000.00 and bed sheets @R550.00 on the 22/06/2020 obviously there is a big price difference between the 2 items... so guess what??? i received the cheaper to the 2 items.. I have been following up with Homechioce since the delivery on 02/07/2020 to find out when i will receive the other item according to Homechioce they advised that both items have been delivered and I have already received a statement that I have to pay for a parcel that I have NOT received... THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! ... Please Note if the parcel is not delivered by Wednesday 15/07/2020 I will have to take this further......how many other clients has Homechoice done this too????? Unacceptable service!!
