Unacceptable, Disgusting service

I have been paying home choice R1 300 monthly and when I enquired about my account I was told to do what ever I want in a disrespecting and unacceptable manner, I have asked for the statement and have not been assisted. I get call almost everyday from different consults all saying or giving different information. This is unacceptable and would the rather buy from a street vendor than home choice. Disgusted!!!!
