*****ulent activities against my name

I am C A Ntlatywa. I am writing this review because someone *****ulently open an account *** under my name without my consent. I did contact homechoice to report this as there were debit orders going on my standard bank account. I even sent an email to HomeChoice on the 12 Jan 2023 and they rep**** saying that they will investigate the matter and give me feedback but untill today they haven't done that. The only thing they are good at is telling me money that I don't know off. Homechoice started to debit my account Sept 2022 and I noticed these debit orders in Dec 2022. I have a ref no. *** when logged the complaint. This is badly reflecting on my financial health.

I have been contacted by MDB several times saying they are to do collections sent my YOU. I have told them that I never authorised this account on my name. Whoever took something from homechoice was not me.

Please resolve this ASAP.
