*****ulent account still reflecting!!!

In 2021 I disputed an account from HomeChoice as it was *****ulent. I ordered pots in 2020 but it was not delivered and I sent all documentation that was needed and it was resolved however the account is still reflecting on my profile after 3 years. I need this removed ASAP.
