I ordered a base set (base + mattress) on the 31st of March 2023 on HomeChoice online, it was R2 999 on the Big Birthday Sale. On the 5th of April 2023, HomeChoice changed the item online to just a mattress and sent me an order confirmation. I tried calling their call center, but the lady was not helpful. I logged a complaint via email and Ncedo Booi responded and just said I must not sign for the order. I want my base set HomeChoice, for R2999. What they don't know is that I took a screenshot of the item ordered before they changed it online - I am going to consumer protection to sue for *****!
