Trapped via Ozow link
Terrible experience! I have an account with homechoice, through their partners Blake & Associate which is trapping customers via Ozow links, I agreed to make a payment of R500 but when the link came had an amount of R5008,03! Of which I didn't pay much attention on it as digits are slightly the same and Ozow links from other account always come with exactly agreed amount. I then mistakenly paid that huge amount now I am waiting for refund from homechoice it it looks like they will take forever as it's been weeks now no response or anything to inform me about the way forward. Blake &Associate is even failing to explain why the link didn't come with agreed amount hence am saying they are trapping customers!
