Toxic company and unprofessional
I'm sitting with the arrears that I don't know how it was added. and it was added even you state the valid reason or not they will still add. I have asked for home choice to provide with contract that says even if I will provide with a proof of not having income in a legal and valid reasons I'm still liable to pay and arrears will be added if there is no income.i have asked for clarity and when did they hand over my account unknowingly. Their consults are toxic and they will make sure that they harrass you with calls non-stop even if you ask them to stop or remove the option or put a note. Im very disappointed and helpless in get the clarity of the _+ R15000 amount.
