TOTALLY ******* BUSINESS

This company is *******, ******* and *******. I have never in my life had an account with Homechoice. An account was opened with my details at this company. I only realised that when my wife said people from a collections company is calling her looking for me. I asked her next time when they call ask them for their number and I will call them back. I did exactly that, the number was for Mbd collections services. I told these people I have never had an account with Homechoice and they said they would inform Homechoice. They never informed them, instead someone else from the same company would call and they would bombard me with messages to pay 'my account' that is in arrears.

I eventually contacted Homechoice ***** department directly. I was told to send an affidavit to them stating that the account was not opened by me. I did exactly that and never heard from them again, that was done in August of this year. I would request that they recieved my affidavit via email which they never did.

Eventually a company called Brooks and Luyt called me and the person who i spoked to was so understanding when I told him how frustrated I am with Homechoice with whom I'm not even supposed to have any correspondence with because I have never been a customer of them. This person informed them and even send me an email confirming that my matter has been reported.

I have called Homechoice numerous times asking how far is my case but tge answer is always it takes 3 months. It seems to me that nothing is being done. How can an investigation take 3 months. Trace your paper trail, look at camera footage. Does all of this take 3 months?? While I'm still getting messages and calls from people from demanding money from me.

The employees at this company is totally *******. It seems this company wants me blacklisted for an account and money that is not owed by me. I'M TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS ******* COMPANY OR RATHER ******* EMPLOYEES!!!
